Product tour

Everything a working agent touches, in one dark console.

Today

Open it at 8am and the day is already decided.

One list of everyone owed a call right now โ€” follow-ups that came due, leads that arrived and were never rung, and the ones quietly going cold โ€” sorted so the most expensive silence sits at the top. Log the call from the same row and the next follow-up date sets itself.

  • A week out if you spoke, two days after a voicemail โ€” you never pick a date again
  • Every call lands on that contact's timeline, so nothing lives in your head
  • Open-house sign-ins with no agent of their own queue up underneath
The daily call list

Pipeline

Every lead, walked to closing.

A kanban built for the way deals actually move: New โ†’ Contacted โ†’ Showing โ†’ Offer โ†’ Escrow โ†’ Won. Automatic day-1/3/7 follow-up emails until you make contact, buyer/seller tags, source tracking, and a red date on anyone going stale.

  • Leads flow in from your website, open houses, property pages, and lead services
  • 360ยฐ contact timelines โ€” every email, visit, note, and document in one view
Lead pipeline kanban

Listings

Each property gets its own website.

Add a listing and Keystone publishes a polished single-property page โ€” hero photo, gallery, open-house RSVP, and a lead form that drops straight into your pipeline. The link you proudly text clients; the QR you put on the yard sign.

  • Statuses from Coming Soon to Sold, escrow closing dates on your calendar
  • Visit counts on every property page
Listings manager

The property page

And this is the page they actually open.

Almost every one of these links is opened on a phone, so that is what it is built for: hero photo, price, beds, baths and square feet above the fold, the next open house as a tap-to-RSVP button, and the write-up underneath. No portal branding, no rival agent's face in the sidebar.

  • A listing with no photos still looks finished โ€” Keystone draws the house rather than showing an empty box
  • Every RSVP and enquiry from it arrives in your pipeline tagged to that address
A single-property listing page on a phone

Open houses

The sign-in sheet that follows up by itself.

Open the kiosk on an iPad at the door. Every visitor who taps in becomes a lead tied to that listing โ€” agent status, pre-approval, timeframe โ€” and gets a thank-you email the same evening, automatically.

  • RSVP page before the event, kiosk during, visitor report after
  • Show the seller exactly how many people came through
Open-house sign-in kiosk on a phone

The visitor report

Monday morning, the sheet has already been read.

Schedule the event and it lands on your calendar with its RSVP page and kiosk link ready. Afterwards every visitor is a row you can work โ€” name, email, phone, whether they have an agent, whether they are pre-approved, how soon they are moving โ€” with a follow-up you tick off.

  • Past events keep their sign-in sheets, so the seller update writes itself
  • The kiosk link outlives the event โ€” a QR printed once still works next Sunday
Open-house scheduling and the visitor sign-in report

Calculators

Their first question is always a number.

What would the payment be, what do I need up front, what would a sale leave me with. Fifteen calculators answer those on a page with your name and brokerage at the top โ€” a link you text, with no sign-up in the way and nothing saved unless they want it.

  • Payment and amortization, affordability, cash to close, rent vs buy, seller net sheet, Prop 19, rental returns, DSCR, 1031
  • Ask to have the numbers emailed and they land in your pipeline, tagged with the calculator they used โ€” and the email goes out in your name

Quotes & proposals

Send the terms as a page, not a paragraph in an email.

Up to six line items โ€” full listing service at 2.5%, staging, photography, whatever the deal is โ€” become a clean page in your name with an Accept button on it. You are emailed the moment they accept or decline, so you stop refreshing your sent folder.

  • Awaiting, accepted, and the dollar value accepted, counted for you
  • Attach a Stripe link and it appears the second they accept โ€” agreed and paid in one sitting
Quotes and proposals

Invoices

Bill for the work that is not a commission.

Staging reimbursements, photography, referral fees, consulting โ€” itemise it, tie it to a listing, and send a payment page. Outstanding, overdue and collected sit at the top of the screen, and anything past its due date turns red before you have to remember it.

  • Part payments are recorded as they land; the balance follows by itself
  • Add your Stripe key and clients pay by card โ€” the payment is re-checked with Stripe before an invoice is ever marked paid
Invoices with outstanding, overdue and collected totals

Showing feedback

The price conversation, in the buyers' own words.

Every agent who shows the home gets one short form, and the answers add up into the sentence you read your seller down the phone: 3 of 5 showings answered ยท 4/5 on the home itself ยท 67% say $899,000 is over the market ยท 1 writing an offer. Add a line of your own and email it to them from the same screen.

  • It counts the words that keep coming up, so "the kitchen" stops being your opinion
  • Booked, been and gone, and still waiting on feedback โ€” one list per listing
Showing feedback totalled into one sentence for the seller

Offers

The highest offer is not the best offer.

Log each one and they line up ranked by what the seller actually banks after commission, closing costs and credits โ€” not by the number on the front page. In the picture the top price is $925,000 and the offer that nets most is the $905,000: it puts 25% down, waives the appraisal contingency and closes in 21 days.

  • A certainty score out of 100 from the terms โ€” financing, contingencies, proof of funds
  • One link shares the same comparison with your seller, minus the buyers' agents' contact details, and keeps updating as offers change
  • Accept and the escrow timeline builds itself from the accepted date
Offers compared by net to seller, with a certainty score

Escrow

No deadline ever blows up quietly.

One click loads the standard escrow checklist โ€” inspection, contingency removals, appraisal, walk-through, closing โ€” with dates that land on your calendar and turn red before they're late.

Deal checklists

Buyer tours

Build Saturday's route once. They rate it at the curb.

Drop the homes in, set minutes per house and minutes between, and Keystone times the day and sends the buyers their own page. They tap love it / maybe / no at the kerb, so what comes back is what they thought standing in the kitchen โ€” not what they said at nine o'clock that night.

  • Reorder a stop and every arrival time re-counts
  • It totals what they actually want: loved, ruled out, and what their favourites average
A timed buyer tour itinerary with the buyers' own ratings

Calendar

Showings, open houses, closings โ€” one screen.

Everything with a date merges into one calendar: showings, consults booked from your public booking page, open houses, inspections, and every escrow deadline. Consult reminders go out by themselves ~24 hours ahead.

Calendar

Past clients

The listing you already earned, three years from now.

Track every home you sold and Keystone projects what it is worth at a growth rate you set, then quietly emails each owner their own page each quarter. The screen tells you the number that matters: how much equity you would be reminding your past clients about โ€” $743,543 across two homes here.

  • It is an estimate projected from the purchase price, not an appraisal, and the client's page says so
  • Shows who has never been told and who is due a check-in, and whether they opened the last one
Past clients with projected home value and equity

Why one payment works

It runs on accounts you already own.

We host nothing and resell nothing โ€” that's why there's no subscription. A guided installer sets everything up in about 15 minutes.

Your Cloudflare

Hosting & data โ€” $0โ€“$5/mo

The app, database, photos, and your domain live in your own Cloudflare account. The pages your clients see โ€” your site, every listing, every QR code you print โ€” are cached at Cloudflare's edge and cost nothing however widely they're shared. It's your own console that earns Cloudflare's $5/mo Workers plan, and we'd turn it on from day one: it's the difference between a screen that loads and one that stalls when you're moving fast. The install guide says so on page one. Your data never touches our servers โ€” and one button exports every record any time you want it.

Your Claude

AI on every screen

Connect your own Claude account: listing descriptions, follow-up drafts, CMA summaries, social captions โ€” in your voice, billed to you at cost.

Your email

Sending & files

Sequences, blasts and follow-ups go out through your own free Resend account, from a domain you verified โ€” your reputation, your address on the footer, not ours. Listing photos upload straight into your Cloudflare storage.

FAQ

Fair questions.

What do I need to run it?

A free Cloudflare account, Node.js on your computer, and a domain (about $10/yr โ€” or start free on a workers.dev URL and add the domain later). Then two free keys pasted into Settings: Claude for the AI, Resend for sending email. The installer is one command and takes about 15 minutes. Optional extras like an MLS feed or a dialer connect to accounts you already pay those vendors for.

Is there really no subscription?

Really โ€” no subscription to us. You pay once for the software and own your install. Hosting is your own Cloudflare account, and the only line on it we'd insist on is their $5/mo Workers plan for the console โ€” the client-facing pages are cached and stay free no matter how much traffic they get. AI usage bills to your own Claude account at cost. Optional paid major upgrades may come later โ€” never required to keep what you have.

What happens to my data if Keystone disappears?

Nothing. Everything lives in your own Cloudflare account โ€” the database, the photos, the domain. One button exports every record as CSV whenever you want, so a copy on your own laptop is always a click away. We couldn't hold your data hostage if we wanted to.

Does it replace GoHighLevel completely?

For a working agent: CRM, pipelines, email marketing, funnels/landing pages, booking, e-sign, automations โ€” yes, plus listing tools GHL never had. SMS is deliberately excluded at launch (A2P registration is a burden better carried by a dialer you connect).

Do the seller lists come with it?

No, and no software can honestly sell you them. Expireds come out of the MLS feed you already license — filter to Expired, Withdrawn or Cancelled and export. Absentee, high-equity and long-tenure lists come from your county assessor, free in most counties and a few hundred dollars in the rest. FSBOs are public. Probate filings are public record. Keystone imports all of them, tells you on the screen what each list obliges you to check before you write, and never sells data itself.

I just got my license. Is this for me?

Especially you. The built-in academy turns the classic new-agent playbook โ€” cover open houses, work your sphere, farm a neighborhood โ€” into lessons where each step uses a tool that's already in your system.
