Keystone is self-hosted. Your CRM data, contacts, leads, photos, emails, and documents live in your own Cloudflare and Google accounts — not on our servers. We never possess, process, or sell the data inside your install.
If you join the early-access list or contact us, we receive the email you send and use it only to reply and to announce Keystone availability and pricing. Unsubscribe any time by replying "stop". We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Purchases are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe or Payhip); we receive your name, email, and purchase record — not your card number. We keep purchase records to deliver your license, provide updates, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Your installed Keystone runs in your own infrastructure. Your clients' names, messages, documents, photos, and analytics stay in your accounts with Cloudflare, Google, Anthropic, and the vendors you choose to connect. Their privacy policies govern that data; we have no access to it unless you explicitly share it with us for support.
If you send us logs or screenshots for help, we use them only to help you and delete them when the issue is resolved.
Email us to access or delete anything we hold about you (typically: your email address and purchase record). California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.
