Keystone is software sold by Fynl Corp ("we", "us"). These terms govern your purchase and use of the Keystone software, installer, and this website.
A one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of Keystone for one real-estate professional (plus staff seats within that install). You own your install and your data; we retain ownership of the software's code and branding. The license does not include resale, redistribution, or offering Keystone to third parties as a service.
Keystone is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Keystone is a tool. We make no promise of leads, clients, income, or business results, and nothing on this site or in the product is a guarantee of performance.
Keystone runs on third-party accounts that you create, control, and pay for (for example Cloudflare, Google, Anthropic/Claude, MLS/IDX providers, phone and mail vendors, social platforms, and AI media services). You are responsible for those accounts, their fees, and your compliance with their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing, or policy changes.
You are solely responsible for your conduct as a licensed professional, including fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws, state license and advertising rules, brokerage requirements, CAN-SPAM and email-marketing rules, telephone and Do-Not-Call rules, and MLS/IDX display rules. Keystone ships helpful defaults (such as unsubscribe links and license-number footers), but defaults are not legal advice and not a guarantee of compliance.
Features powered by your connected AI accounts can produce text, images, audio, and video. You must review AI output before using it professionally; you are responsible for its accuracy and for how you use it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynl Corp's total liability arising out of or relating to Keystone is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, and you waive participation in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms for future sales; the terms in effect when you purchased continue to govern your license.
